Our youth leadership program empowers young adults aged 18-30 to become effective community leaders. Through workshops, mentorship, and personal growth opportunities, we help participants develop communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills, while also fostering inner wisdom, compassion, and authenticity. Our program offers comprehensive personal and professional development, community building, and civic engagement experiences to help young people unlock their leadership potential and make a positive impact in the world.

Program Activities

The program consists of the following components:

• Workshops: Participants will attend a series of workshops focused on leadership development, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Mentorship: Each participant will be paired with a mentor who will provide guidance and support throughout the program.
• Community Service Projects: Participants will have the opportunity to develop and implement community service projects, putting their leadership skills into action and making a positive impact in their communities.
• Retreats: Participants will have the opportunity to attend retreats focused on inner wisdom, mindfulness, and holistic well-being, allowing them to recharge and reconnect with themselves and nature.
• Final Project: Participants will work on a final project that will allow them to apply the skills and knowledge they have gained throughout the program to create positive change in their communities.
